How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Somehowalone Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Somehowalone Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Somehowalone Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Oregon.
How to File
Email contact@somehowalone.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
